Overview

The mission of MetNetDB project is to create and maintain molecular interaction networks database for Arabidopsis and its software tools. The primary goal is to provide a software tool to help users create, edit pathway related data.

All data is updated to the latest version. The curator tool supports pathway edit, query (or matching or alignment) in a graphical way. Data changes are tracked and can be reviewed or undone. Documentation is updated at the project wiki site.

ChEBI information is integrated in pathway preview window. Pathway selector lists the source and data inputter of pathways. ChEBI, TAIR, Gene Ontology related data are updated (Dec 2005).

Yingjun Wang provided a tutorial which describes the procedure to create a small pathway.

PathBinder is integrated and it can be called from pathway preview window > operate multiple nodes > pathbinder. Two new nodes should be selected before call PathBinder.
