Overview
SBML export menu generate SBML compliant format files from MetNetDB.
Export SBML
The SBML exporter convert the XML files generated from MapBuilder to SBML format. The user click "system" menu and then "SBML exporter" menu, an "open file" dialog is popup and then the user choose the compressed zip files generated from MapBuilder. Then a "save file" dialog is popup and the user can specify the file name of the SBML file. Click "save" button in the dialog and SBML files are exported.
