Starting MetaOmGraph

MetaOmGraph is run via Java Web Start, so aside from a Java runtime environment (which most Internet-enabled computers have anyway), there is nothing to install. To start the program, simply visit the MetNet website (http://www.metnetdb.org) and click the MetaOmGraph link, then click "Download". A page with links to both the MetaOmGraph web start file and the Affy.ath1.data1 file is displayed. If Java Web Start is not detected, a warning and a link to download it will appear as well. The program can then be started by clicking the "MetaOmGraph Web Start" link. If prompted, choose to open the file, and select "Yes" in any security warning dialogs that may appear.
