How to use Medicinal Plant Metabolomics Resource
1. Select a species for a view of the plant and an overview of key medicinal metabolites
2. Select an experiment
3. Select SCATTERPLOT MATRIX to evaluate the reproducibility of biological replicates of any sample
4. Select RATIO PLOT to obtain an intractive plot of metabolite accumulation data in any two samples
5. From ratio plots, you may select any metabolite to view details about its structural properties and accumulation profile
From an experiment page, you may also:
- Open DETAILED EXPERIMENTAL DATA t oview numerical results for all replicates
- Download processed data (coming soon)
