Chemical compounds ID query (Java Web Start, requires JRE 5.0 installed)

Usage:

1. Click the link "Chemical compounds ID query" above.

2. Click "Run" button.

3. Click "..." button.

4. Choose your Excel file. The test Excel file is here. The Excel file has the compound name in the FIRST COLUMN of the FIRST SHEET. The first item is used to indicate the query type. If the item starts with "affy", the program will query gene related IDs (locus id, affy id). Otherwise, the program will query metabolite related IDs (cas number, pubchem cid).

5. After the Excel file is selected, you will see

6. Click "Query" button and wait a while.

7. Look at the result Excel file name. Normally, it attaches suffix ".query-result.xls" to the original Excel file name. The result Excel file looks like
